Adriano holds a Bachelors of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute where he also obtained his Master’s Degree. Adriano is a State of Connecticut licensed Architect, who is LEED accredited with AIA membership and NCARB certification. Adriano is a principal of Guedes Associates, INC. and head architect. Adriano has over 25 years experience in and around the construction and architectural fields.

Antonio is a Mathematics graduate with over 15 years of experience in mathematics education and technical operations. He has completed studies in software engineering and continues to self-study in programming and systems development. He joins the team as a project manager who will oversee daily operations at our construction sites.

Armando began his journey with Primrose Companies by leading the conversion of the Holiday Inn into the Park City Place apartments, serving as the property manager. He was integral to the building’s successful launch, providing invaluable assistance and guidance to new residents during the transition.
Currently, Mondo brings his expertise to the day-to-day management of the office, ensuring smooth operations.

Armindo has over 50 years in construction management. He is licensed in the State of Connecticut as an asbestos supervisor and also holds an Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting from Norwalk Technical College. Armindo joined Primrose in 2001 and is responsible for the overseeing of all of Primroses’ active construction projects.

Bill is an experienced operations professional with over 20 years in corporate settings. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a background spanning finance (UBS Investment Bank) and technology (UBER Technologies). He currently supports the day-to-day operations, purchasing, and contracts for all of our construction projects at Primrose.

Dina graduated from the Computer Processing Institute in 1988, before she joining Primrose in 1988. Dina handles all administrative tasks and computer operations for the Primrose office. If you have ever called the Primrose office, there is a very good change you have spoken to Dina.

Eleanor has been with Primrose since the company’s inception in 1978. Today, she is fully responsible for all human resource & financial aspects of the organization. Eleanor received a B.S. in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College. Former Chairwoman of the City of Bridgeport Civil Service Commission, where she served for 28 years.

Emily came from Peru in 2013. After finishing high school she pursued a career in Architecture and in 2022, she received her associates degree in Architecture Engineering from Norwalk Community College. From there, she spent the next couple of years gaining experience while drafting for a small firm Greenwich. Emily joined the Primrose team in 2025 and has been a major asset assisting with our Medical and larger Multi-Family developments.

Fernando started early on in the formation of Primrose. He has been a member of the Primrose team for over 35 years. Fernando heads the commercial division specializing in medical, retail & office projects. Fernando’s project management and subcontractor coordination skills have been invaluable. He is a major contributor to Primrose’s project resume and our satisfied client base.

Chia Shun started with Primrose Companies in 1988. He held a Bachelors of Science degree in architectural design from the Chinese Culture University in Taiwan, Republic of China. Chia was a trusted member of the Primrose family for over 35 years. His knowledge in architecture, specifically code compliance was unparalleled with his ability to analyze and apply code. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Joe wrapped up college with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and realized the courtroom wasn’t for him. From there he started a company with his brothers, Cedar Construction and is credited with leading the residential growth in Stratford by building over 300 homes to date. Joe has amassed over 50 years experience in building single family homes, condos and retail developments. Joe joins the Primrose team where he now leads project management for our larger multi-family residential developments.

John graduated from Sacred Heart University in 2003 with a B.A. in Media Arts. Since then he gained experience both in the field and in the financial sector of the business. He now handles all Marketing aspects of the organization and plays an active role in the bidding stages on most of our projects. John is also a licensed CPA with 10 years of experience.

Emigrated from Portugal to Bridgeport in 1962 at age 10. John received his education at Norwalk State College in the Architectural program, graduating in 1972. He began his active career in construction as the manager of design and renovations for Norwalk Hospital. He moved on to Tepper, Inc., a construction and design firm, heading up the company’s design department. In 1978, John formed Primrose Construction from his North End home on Primrose Avenue, Bridgeport. To date, John has accumulated over 50 years experience in the Design-Build Construction industry.

Joe has been a member of the operations for over 30 years. He began his career immediately after graduating Notre Dame High School. Beginning with Primrose as an apprentice, Joe quickly moved into his current role as part of the Field Management team. Joe is a licensed Septic Installer, with experience in pipe laying, water piping and sewer,storm drain systems.

Marcos is a 1997 graduate of the University of UNIDERP-MS, Campo Grande, Brazil. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in both architecture and urban planning. Marcos joined the architectural department in 2000 and continues to serve as its chief administrator. Marcos has over 30 years experience with drafting and architecture design.

Peter has been with Primrose since 2004 and has amassed over 20 years experience working in the construction industry. Pete started out as a laborer but has gained extensive knowledge of construction and now is a project manager.

Renato grew up sketching landscapes and painting murals at his local school in Lima, Peru. After finding his passion for Arts and social involvement, he pursued a career in Architecture at New York Institute of Technology. Renato joins the Primrose team with over a decade of experience in the architecture industry. Renato is devoted to providing design ideas that help maintain the harmony of surroundings, in his free time, he enjoys live music shows and playing soccer.
